About Us

Trust. That’s what it’s all about, right? Who can you trust to help you best accomplish your research objectives? When you talk to us about a project, it’s like talking to a trusted colleague. When you call us to discuss a potential project, we’ll do a lot of listening, ask a lot of questions, and then give you a recommendation. Sometimes we talk our clients out of doing a project. Perhaps the data has already been collected, maybe you can easily do it yourself, or the objectives call for something outside of the research realm, or it might be something we don’t do and we’ll refer you to someone we know who does.

Outsource Research Consulting was founded in 2001 by Nico Peruzzi, Ph.D. Since that time, Nico has assembled the resources to fulfill a full slate of research projects. If you need an expert survey writer, or someone who thrives on challenging research designs and can perform statistical analyses from the basic to the multivariate, you’ve found the company. We have a talent for presenting research results clearly and simply, and insist on practical, actionable reporting, always working to tie results to the bottom line. With years of research experience, and a broad generalist background, we can help you.

Dr. Peruzzi co-founded an Internet Application Service Provider for the Healthcare industry in 1998 and helped take the business to the point of acquisition. He has held marketing research and business development positions at WorldBridge Communications, Hemisphere Healthcare, MyPsych.com, Survey.com, and Outsource Research Consulting. Dr. Peruzzi has a BA in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, graduating Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and Golden Key National Honor Society. He holds his MS and Ph.D. in Psychology from Pacific Graduate School. Clients with whom he has conducted research projects include: ALARIS Medical Systems (now Cardinal Health), Amgen, Blockbuster Entertainment, eBay, Eli Lilly, GlaxoSmithKline, Herman Miller, IBM, META Group, Roche Bioscience, TiVo, and WebEx Communications.
