About Us
Trust. That’s what it’s all about, right? Who can you trust to help you best accomplish your research objectives? When you talk to us about a project, it’s like talking to a trusted colleague. When you call us to discuss a potential project, we’ll do a lot of listening, ask a lot of questions, and then give you a recommendation. Sometimes we talk our clients out of doing a project. Perhaps the data has already been collected, maybe you can easily do it yourself, or the objectives call for something outside of the research realm, or it might be something we don’t do and we’ll refer you to someone we know who does.
Why should you work with Outsource Research?
- Single point of contact: we use a consulting model wherein you are paired with one person who will not only oversee, but also conduct, most all aspects of your research project. This model promotes a long-term relationship wherein we better understand your company and can provide more insightful research services. Additionally, by avoiding silos of survey writers, programmers, and analysts, each part of the research process better informs the others. There is no “dropping the ball”.
- Truly consultative: Lots of firms say they have a consultative approach, but we deliver. We LOVE research – it is very interesting – that’s why we’re in this business. And research is most interesting when a real dialogue is established, when there’s a back-and-forth of ideas for how to best answer questions and go beyond the obvious.
- Technology is the easy part: Years ago, running an online survey was a near miracle of science. Today, the field is commoditized, and it’s easy to post a survey. Our technology is well-established and meets our client needs. So, then what? Now you need a consultant, not a programmer. We'll help you make your survey the best it can be - we have the experience - we've seen it all.
- A trusted colleague: When we were redesigning our website, we spoke with our clients and discussed what our most valuable assets were. Someone you can trust, and someone with whom you can have a collegial discussion about research – these were the common themes. We’re happy to provide references.
- Never miss a deadline: Working in a small company, we have a “get it done” attitude. We pride ourselves on consistently making deadlines, even aggressive ones. Need it done now? Give us a call.
- Complexity? We love to make it simple: One of the most interesting things about providing research services is the variety of projects that come down the pipe. Occasionally, a client comes up with a real doozy. And that’s where the fun begins. We like to be challenged, so don’t hold back; we can often make it a lot simpler than you thought.
- We keep learning: Most of our clients don't have time to go to the latest conference on conjoint analysis or predictive modeling. We make time to stay abreast of new developments in the field, and we engage with colleagues to stay ahead of the curve.
Our History
Outsource Research Consulting was founded in 2001 by Nico Peruzzi, Ph.D. Since that time, Nico has assembled the resources to fulfill a full slate of research projects. If you need an expert survey writer, or someone who thrives on challenging research designs and can perform statistical analyses from the basic to the multivariate, you’ve found the company. We have a talent for presenting research results clearly and simply, and insist on practical, actionable reporting, always working to tie results to the bottom line. With years of research experience, and a broad generalist background, we can help you.
